Classic. Bureaucracy killed America.

Bike helmets started the whole thing off. Ever since they got people to look like alphabets while riding the bike, it's been one thing after another.

So true. All this retardation of humanity for safety reasons.

Can't even go on a trail without the helmet. Safety first!! It's mental.

From 1 Thessalonians 5: "For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape"

Ever since they got people to look like alphabets while riding the bike

I cannot decipher your riddle

Can't help you. Maybe someone else will decipher.

Why would a person look like an alphabet? You’re comment makes no sense to me. What did you mean?

To be fair if you’re riding a bike without a helmet you’re just retarded. All it takes is one good rock to skull impact and you’re brain dead.

You could fall walking and break your head, too. The direction we're headed, you probably will be required to wear a helmet while walking, too.

The likelihood of you falling and breaking your head while walking is extremely unlikely if you’re not a fat fuck, whereas riding a bike and flying off for reasons at your fault or not of your fault isn’t. You’re also not going walking speed on a bike, so your impact would be much greater and deadlier. I’ve met many professional cyclists and mountain bikers and they all agree that not wearing a helmet is a really fucking stupid idea.

However, if you want to risk serious injury to spite the government, you do you.

So everyone was retarded before helmets became the law? Basically everyone riding a bike in the 70 s, 80s, part of the 90 s...

[–] 1 pt

Actually it really started with the seatbelt laws.

That was when every started to drive around looking like an ASCII table.

LOOKING LIKE AN ASCII TABLE.

GET IT?!!??!??

Just because people did something commonly in the past doesn’t mean it wasn’t stupid. Remember bloodletting?
