The likelihood of you falling and breaking your head while walking is extremely unlikely if you’re not a fat fuck, whereas riding a bike and flying off for reasons at your fault or not of your fault isn’t. You’re also not going walking speed on a bike, so your impact would be much greater and deadlier. I’ve met many professional cyclists and mountain bikers and they all agree that not wearing a helmet is a really fucking stupid idea.

I remember many years ago reading an article in In fisherman magazine about this writer traveling to Russia to do some fishing and write an article about the adventure. So in the article he came across a scene where two poachers where busted trying to steal caviar out of balooga sturgeons. He said in the article that the natural resource officers shot the two poachers dead on the spot. The writer ended the story with "That right there and then he was on the first flight back to the USA".
