I agree with what you said. I don't think the source was really good. It was all I could find from a cursory search.
However, I wish to make you aware of the concept of a crypto-Jew. Not every Jew will simply "announce" their identity, especially the more non-religious ones. They are certainly aware, and very paranoid, of getting found out. They will lie about their ancestry just like they lie about many other things.
These facts make it necessary to study and make use of their appearance to identify them. Most Jews will exhibit at least some of their unique features. I would study the pdf then apply that to Bill Gates.
