No motherfucker its not redundant and meaningless. That's not at all what those fucking bullets say. VARES is a trip wire for drawing attention to potentially adverse reactions to vaccines. It's meant to trigger in depth studies on those reports to ascertain if there are legitimate adverse events being caused by vaccination. If you ignore the fucking tripwire and never do the studies though that doesnt correlate to safety of a vaccination program.
