he was going on about how when he gets out all he wants to do is call people up and tell them he loves them and stuff like that...

Funny, because for long time doing sauna was done to wash yourself and had the great side-effect to strengthen immunity. It was so good, that they were built up close to the soldiers to cure them in war times, eg at the Wehrmacht.
