My dudes. Hoooboy.

I see you guys are breaking down female behaviour and analyzing the components. This is great, but, you have to be able to put the components back together and examine the whole mechanism + the various contexts this mechanism exists at the same time.

One of the things that happens when we are evaluating a problem is a tendency to OVERFOCUS on just the problem parts and a failure to acknowledge all the parts that work just fine. This skews the perception bias to outsiders so it looks like a bunch of bitching and it skews the internal bias towards inaction resolving in no plays being made to move the game forward. I have this problem with employee training. We train them to be utterly brutally honest on technical evaluations, but, we have to also train them to provide positive feedback (where appropriate) otherwise a giant ball of negative energy builds up and crushes productivity. As an aside, only positive feedback is MUCH MUCH worse for productivity.

We need to figure out some sort of coursework that is limited in scope so that it can be completed in maybe a weekend or two or something to help move our team beyond the box of parts problem.

As a side point, did no one here notice the post probably bullshit? Curries don't talk like that. They are either highly resentful or hilariously overconfident while being utterly fragile on the inside.
