This is actually partially correct. By keeping teachers’ salaries low, we attract people who are worth those low salaries. Honestly, if I could make good money being a teacher, I absolutely would do that.

I used to think teachers were all intelligent and awesome. Now as an adult with kids, I see what they really are: Mostly sub-average people who work about as hard as their salary dictates.

And don’t get me started on the administrators or union reps. They should all be fired and not replaced. Fuck all of those sub human things.

Partly blame feminism. Teaching primary school used to be a "woman's job" that was respected and admired by society. Some of the best and most dedicated women did it for the social prestige even though it was not well paid. Then feminists said it was too low level. Women should be highly paid administrators and lawyers. Now it's mostly the least bright and motivated women who become teachers. They are gullible SJWs who are easily influenced and lazy.

My wife is a teacher and that is the solution. In most cases they get good pay, its the bullshit of dealing with niglets that makes the job hard.

When a teacher has to wrangle apes like no other job requires (other than law enforcement) there is little time to actually teach white children.

Segregate schools, remove politics, reduce the student/teacher ratio and things will improve. Though libs dont want things to improve they want everyone as bad as niggers because it proves that we are not better than them.

Nearly all liberals flock to jobs that don't require producing anything tangible in order for them to keep their jobs. Just things that are "subjective" like shitty art, terrible education, horrid social and economic policies, half-assed agenda driven social "sciences". When I looked at a job posting for the local district, they had 6 months of paid time off. That's vacation, sick, holidays, the meetings, and the summer. That was about 10 years ago now, I'm sure they have more free time.

Except that's not true. They teach for 7 hours per day. When do you think they prepare lesson plans, grade tests, talk to parents, perform administrative duties, and if they're good teachers put in the time beyond that to go the extra mile?

The idea being that more money attracts higher quality people to be teachers. The difference is people of higher quality have better options. Teaching is literally the bottom of the barrel. If you can do something else you will.

Get rid of the niglets or at least stop protecting them from the repercussions of their behavior and schools will get better.
