I was thinking a schizophrenic with florid psychosis.
I feel like mathematician John Nash or maybe Ted Kaszinsky designed this on the day they forgot their meds.
Or somebody trying to recreate the Nasca lines on peyote.
Its just insane. The guy should design funhouses or cornfield mazes. Def not traffic intersections though.
