No, kikepedia says you are turning right from the left most lanes. Or left from the right most lanes. It is a common turn by bicyclists. They approach an intersection and want to go left, they have the option of crossing with traffic (like pedestrians) and then crossing again.

we drive on the left (correct) side of the road here. Middle of the city only we have trams going down the middle of a lot of main roads.
instead of waiting for oncoming traffic to clear and blocking up the tram lanes you pull over to the left and block the crossroad which will have a red light (street youre turning OFF has a green straight ahead light) like fucking close to the peddy crossing. Wait for light in front of you to go red, wait for street youre turning on to go green, and go.
