It's just a joke guys, that truck is in no way stuck. He is most likely just going as wide as possible on a left turn to avoid hitting cars in the left turn lane.

Backstory: the truck is loaded with vaccines and the driver knew they were toxic poison. He jack knives before the hospital and shuts the cooling unit off to destroy all of the poisons to save lives.
