Yeah its a bit of a bad habbit. Doesnt really stop me from doing much though. I have an excessively overactive mind and i overwhelm those around me when im operating at full speed lol. Also i drive myself crazy because i cant stop caring about the world falling to pieces with no means of fixing it.
