If you use pronouns you're basically saying that you think people will be confused. Like her self esteem is so low she has to preface the conversation with "btw, I am a woman. I know it's hard to tell."
Only fat/ugly/trans people do that.

Not just that, it’s demanding people refer to you a particular way when you’re not even there. It’s fairly rare to use impersonal pronouns for somebody in whose presence you are, so by demanding people use particular impersonal pronouns for you you are trying to force people to view you in the way you view yourself at all times. It’s incredibly narcissistic and entitled.
