i work in construction. since letting blacks and women "work" in our field it has been hell. no more fun and games. no more dirty or offensive jokes, no more homogeneity, no more music bc we don't want to listen to nigger rap and they don't want to listen to rock so just no music for anyone. honestly though i could live with all that. the thing that really pisses me off is that the blacks are to stupid to do anything of value and the women are to weak and mechanically stupid to do anything difficult so what ends up happening is we let the white people do all of the real work and the blacks and women do all of the easy work. that easy work we used to be able to give to our old timers who were over 60 and about to retire and who spent the last 30 or 40 years doing the hard work. it was a reward for years past's service, something to look forward to for the middle aged guys so they saw a light at the end of the tunnel. all of that has changed. we are forced to hire these niggers and useless women and they make the same scale as us while doing a fraction of the work.
