No. You need many times the size of the machine in solar panels just to charge the battery, let alone allow for continuous operations.

Battery power with occasional recharge is about as good as you will get with solar panel recharging. You need around 600 to 1,000 times the surface area of a car in order to get the energy needed to keep it going at highway speeds. And that needs to be spread out and in FULL sunlight with the best(expensive) panels you can get.
