Geez, it's simple, no ocean side government housing so they never learned to swim on the streets without enough water to even try. As a 4 year old I was with my Grandparents on a visit to a well known health spa in California. They had several large pools, both hot and cold and mud baths. I was walking along and fell into a pool. It was my first time in any large body of water but I managed to make it to the side where someone fished me out. A year later we were at our summer business in Nebraska and Grandma I guess remembered my encounter and decided to drop us off every day for free swimming classes at the town pool that was conducting the classes for local kids after a couple kids had died in the nearby river.

For me it was exciting, the classes were well done as they taught us how to tread water, how to hold our breath, swim underwater, back stroke, doggy paddle and other common ways to swim as well as diving instruction off the lower diving board.

By the time it was over I totally lost my fear of deep water and never had a problem after that. Thanks Grandma! Oh, and my mouthy older stupid brother found a local kid to annoy who almost drowned him and he had to be resuscitated by a life guard. I loved that as I sort of hated my older brother. too bad the kid didn't finish him off. The kid who tried drowning him I thought of as a sort of hero.

All other species of ape are afraid of water because their muscles are more dense, less fat, more fiber. The result is that they have extreme difficulty floating. I've also read they're less pneumonia resistant so if they get water in their lungs they're fucked. Not sure if that's true or not.

One of the theories for how modern man evolved is that we did so somewhere with a lot of shallow water, where being more buoyant and bipedal would be a huge advantage.

Sprinting is slow-twitch. Strength is fast-twitch... Slow-twitch = aerobic (running, sprinting, jogging, biking) Fast-twitch = anaerobic (strength, power, resistance)

Also what the fuck does that have to do with niggers not being capable of swimming due to intelligence? If anything, more slow-twitch (aerobic) would make one better at swimming.

e: I forgive you for being wrong though. It's a confusing naming system until you think about it. We're talking about the cellular level. Relative to size, running is slow as fuck. With weight lifting you need your muscles to activate at this fucking instant or you'll seriously injure yourself. With running a leg stride is quite a large period of time and the muscle isn't in active use for anything but a small fraction of the period.

It would be cool if there was more building development overwater. As a matter of fact just imagine building a white ethno-state in the middle of the Ocean kek.

Seasteading is epic. Trouble is... if it comes to that it'd make a very exposed target.

The only downsides to building such structures and communities is that the harsh weather and waves of the seas will give these little floating houses a rough time.

Plenty of free floating oil rigs in the world, they're not as big as you think either. If an ocean going structure is designed to sit there rather than move around the place constantly they can end up absorbing very little wave energy.

Also there is a risk of aquatic sea life hitting your floating boat when it is breaching. A whale jumping on top of your floating house will also be a dangerous possibility.

That's not a serious risk, whales aren't blind retards, they avoid large objects just like we do.

Honestly it's pretty common for coastal communities not to be able to swim. Thing is though, I don't hear about nearly as many philipino drowning incidents. There does seem to be some genuine genetic incapability when it comes to blacks and water.

I miss swimming. I could swim underwater like a fish till I had foot surgery. Now my foot cramps and locks up weird every time I try to swim. I haven’t even swam in the ocean yet :(

the kinds of times when you want to be in the water here the beach is full of fucking idiots to begin with and other times.. .well honestly depends how much effort you want to put into it and why. surfers and divers etc have a bunch of other stuff they take with them and are doing some pretty specific things, hobby type stuff.

plus we got fucking shit like box jellyfish and cone shells and... fucking nope. sorry.
