In this topsy-turvy world we live in now, couldn't a straight, white, male pilot just self-identify as a MtF trans, gay, person-of-color and call it good? United doesn't actually give a shit about transsexuals, gays and minorities, they just want to be able to check that "diversity" box.

I wonder what the discrepancy would be if you calculated all the flight hours of all the different races and compared the flight hours to accidents.
