Technically the Barrett M82 and variants qualify, but you'd have to land an excellent shot with an AP round. And even then if you hit the engine it's like... the tank will stop eventually, but probably not before you're dead.

But it wouldn't take a Barrett to stop that thing.

I really want you to have a missile launcher. There's got to be a legal way to own an RPG or Javelin right? I think it's just a matter of licensing and the inordinate amount of money. I mean an FGM-148 is like $70k anyway, then you'd have to have the explosive ordinances stamp which is really chump change at that point.

I mean a civilian can own a tank or even ... they're just very cost-prohibitive. Anyway although the F-16 is a renowned air-to-air fighter, I'd wager it could easily be employed as an anti-tank weapon.
