Maybe, but it's important to remember that he was most likely a jew himself: As I understand it his name "Jugashvilli" means something like "Jew-son". If so then it was just jewish infighting. Certainly when he cemented power he made no particular effort to restore aryan culture, he continued the marxist project of deconstruction and creating the new socialist man.
