Im remembering a bit more, there was a lot of based stuff but the main character was an absolute scumbag. One point a warlord gives him some nigger chicks to fuck and he brings up the statistics of how many of them have aids, other points he sells guns to one nigger only to watch him massacre a villiage immediately afterwards. The penultimate moment of the movie is when the govt investigator finally catches him and he 'loses' only to be told by a high ranking general that he did a good job but the gun runner is going to be released because the US needs armed rebels to cause conflict overseas. It is VERY harsh on africans. I might need to watch it again, i saw it before i learned about the jews, the main character in the movie is a russian immigrant family who changed their name to a jewish one because it got them better business deals, which in hindsight is even more based.
