That's an even payout so it isn't worth the time looking at the bets. I find it amazing that the last 5 or so presidents have had an infrastructure bill. If we had actually spent that much money on infrastructure there'd be no lead pipes anywhere, no potholes, no crumbling bridges and every road would be billiard table smooth.
