It has nothing to do with “western” diet. You are conflating chemicals with food
“Western diet” literally means the food that is generally consumed in the west. The obesity problem in the west absolutely has to do with the western diet. Just because you eat better than the typical westerner doesn’t mean that the western diet isn’t what it is
You are quite thick, it seems. No such thing as western diet. West is not the only place with obesity problems. You should look up india, Mexico, and gulf Arab states. You probably mean industrial foods and because west spearheads every advancement ever, you are conflating those foods with the diet
