It adds up, you will be picking lots of cotton, and it is better to squat down to collect all cotton from the plants around you before moving on. Look at weightlifters, they all lift with knees, even the clean jerk is just a snap up to leg support.
But okay, if you want to throw out your back, and fuck up your skeleton. it's up to you. Just don't expect me to be happy when I'm paying taxes to support you because you were ruining your body by not doing fieldwork like it's supposed to be done.
Have you ever done manual labor in your life? I've never been employed, but I have done a lot of it regardless.
Yes, I am fit, and I do work out, fatties don't use this site (or maybe they do, but I'm just assuming they don't, if I'm wrong, that's sad, but maybe we could use the opportunity to get them to get into shape).
Are both of you retarded? Have you ever done a day of farm work in your life or even bothered to spend 2 seconds googling it?
This is how cotton is picked by hand.

Asparagus picked by hand.
You are absolutely completely wrong about destroying your back. You strengthen your back muscles and more importantly your core, so that your core is supporting the weight of your body during any up and down motion. You are minimally lifting anything, the weight of produce is never lifted during picking. We have had wheelbarrows, carts, bags, and all sorts of inventions for thousands of years.
And here you two fellate each other about your moronic ideas.
/fit/ is always right when it comes to fitness.
> shows a couple of beaners who probably can't even pronounce the phrase "skeletal deformation." > thinks this is valid evidence for the proper ergonomic way to pick fruit
Sad. You can always tell when someone doesn't lift.
Get a clue
Just because a lot of people do it wrong does not mean "that's the way it should be done hur der". Those people will all have back problems from that.
I can’t even imagine a fat pig hanging around here. Completely different mentality.
