Steroids fucked him up. When you inject yourself with lots of hormones, your body stops naturally producing them. In this case, his body was compensating for the increase in testosterone by naturally increasing his estrogen levels.

When he got off steroids, he couldn’t produce enough testosterone to level out the estrogen, so he became a super faggot.

The only episode I've ever seen of the kardashins was ironically one where bruces wife at the time slipped him a Viagra type drug, lol.
