You are correct. The government has tremendous power over parents, but you can still effectively arrange marriages for your children. Enough association with childhood friends and support for marriage and family is a huge boon for marriage, and it effectively arranges their lifelong marriages. It's courtship, the most common European arranged marriage system, and Whites have used it for millennia. (((They))) will stop at nothing to get Whites to move for jobs to effectively make this system immensely difficult for fathers.

Moving your kids away from their "tribal" companions is really unhealthy. They form lifelong bonds early, and forcing a single break ruins their concept of community.
Pick a good community and stick to it until their cognitive abillities are developed.
Tearing kids from their friends while they are young damages them permanently.
