I just thought the notch in it is weird. I guess the cartridges just pass through the narrow part?

Why put an extended mag on a compact glock? Seems to defeat the purpose.

Magazines can be easily swapped when needed.

Some people run conceal OEM mag, extended reloads.. etc.
