I don't know what's worse:

  • That shit like this is happening in Western nations.

  • That people accept it as just the way it is, and make jokes like, "It's not my job".

Not only did people used to take pride in their work, but we also used to take pride in our countries; in our communities. Now people think it's funny that everything is fucked instead of being angry.

Diversity hiring practices ruined all of that. When jobs were based on merit, reaching a certain status and/or doing a good job had a sort of pride to it. Now any nigger can get a job, and many places won't hire/promote whites.

Also people wanting cheaper, cheaper, cheaper and not caring whom they hire. And probably managers penalizing them for doing the job well when the customer won't know the difference. As with a lot of things, it comes down to people not caring for quality thus making it more competitive to not deliver it.

It's happening because Western nations brought in millions of shitskins to do jobs like these, driving the wages down to nothing so that no White man worth a shit would ever have anything to do with it, resulting in this decay.

And tbh, it's true, it's not Whites' job anymore. Cleaning up the fuckups of low IQ subhumans will eventually be, but not until they're all in the ground or sent back on a boat.

I worked twenty plus years in construction with those idiots, there’s absolutely nothing competent about the work they do. When everything they do has to be repaired at a greater cost than if it had been done correctly the first go round I fail to see the benefits let alone the reality of their “cheap” labor. Actually, they had serious construction deadlines imposed upon them from party leaders. As long as workers met or exceeded quotas, minor defects were ignored and no one was held accountable. In the end, mistakes were either lived with or had to be redone.

Welcome to America. It was never that we didn't want to do the work. The media pushed that narrative. There have always been plumbers, electricians, masons, welders, painters, etc. willing to work.

Now we have Mexican labor doing subpar work. Are they lazy? No, I don't believe they are. Will they cut corners? If you leave them alone long enough there won't be any corners to cut.
