Why isn't it being reported then that this canal blocking event was planned?
Gee whiz, I wonder. Last time I heard the wind magically blew the ship ashore at around 10 mph at exactly the right angle to not only jam the prow 15 feet under the sand but to also block the entire canal... in just about the only place this would be possible (the canal has 2 separate channels just a bit farther north).
All of this happened, of course, because the power mysteriously went out and the back up genny wouldn't start. Hmmm... really get the noggin joggin'.
