Beane's speak english in the big cities if you ask them too, nicely of course. From what I recall when we kicked them out to form our current borders we pushed them back all the way to Mexico City. Not sure why we gave it back.

It has oil I believe but back then things like that didnt matter much. He k we also screwed the pooch with the western border of Canada. We had a nice chunk of BC.
