Sure if you're trying a non-keto, but still low-carb diet. I guess. But even then if you aren't going for a ketobolic state then what's the point of going low carb? Seriously?

You know, to be completely honest, I don’t know what the fuck I’m talking about and I’d recommend checking with a doctor.

I did keto for a year or so, eventually reintroduced carbs into my diet, and I feel fine. That being said, apparently some people fuck it up and get really sick, or even develop autoimmune disorders from their body getting confused to this new diet.

Life is precious: be sure you’re confident in how you maintain your body.

I was on keto for short of a year, between 7 and 9 months or something and while it wasn't awful. Neither are carbs.

I didn't have a 6 pack then. I'm ripped now. Though that is literally just calories in calories out and has absolutely nothing to do with the actual diet.

keto-flu is a thing. Look it up. Diarrhea, headaches, tiredness, soreness etc. It's just the body getting used to it's new food source as it deactivates carb focus to fat focus for energy.

Un-fuckin-likely and literally impossible. Ketosis is a natural process in the body that exists regardless of being on a keto focused diet or not.
