Just don't extremely low carb. Stick to around 30g net carb per day, that should be plenty of veg and maybe a piece of bread or a little pasta or something like that.

Nah dude, 30 is far too low. If you research deeply, even 100 is low. But I, myself, am planning to go 50 to lose weight this week, and start again two weeks later
