McD likely doesn't have real beef, but "beef" instead. Usually the fat and protein is exactly what you want from a burger to keep you full, provide energy, and to repair muscle.

That's for 6 burgers, so 6 buns + I don't know what goes on a SoyDonald's anything.

Random "Hamburger Bun" nutrition facts led me to 23g carb buns. Which means 9g of other things per burger that source carbs. That's not absurd.

Just for perspective, if you’re trying to be healthy, you should limit your carb intake to 50g a day. The FDA says 300 daily is fine, so that’s whatever.

Point is: this cunt might actually not be in such a terrible state if she limited that to being her only meal. What most likely happened, however, is she ate the meal, got hungry again in 30 minutes, and ordered pizza or started snacking.

You know, to be completely honest, I don’t know what the fuck I’m talking about and I’d recommend checking with a doctor.

I did keto for a year or so, eventually reintroduced carbs into my diet, and I feel fine. That being said, apparently some people fuck it up and get really sick, or even develop autoimmune disorders from their body getting confused to this new diet.

Life is precious: be sure you’re confident in how you maintain your body.
