I've seen some people roll up on their scooters and order a family worth of food.

They just take the order and move on.

This is a fats perseption of the events. More than likely the cashier was laughing at something else and the fat assumed they were laughing at her.

That's for 6 burgers, so 6 buns + I don't know what goes on a SoyDonald's anything.

Random "Hamburger Bun" nutrition facts led me to 23g carb buns. Which means 9g of other things per burger that source carbs. That's not absurd.

Just for perspective, if you’re trying to be healthy, you should limit your carb intake to 50g a day. The FDA says 300 daily is fine, so that’s whatever.

Point is: this cunt might actually not be in such a terrible state if she limited that to being her only meal. What most likely happened, however, is she ate the meal, got hungry again in 30 minutes, and ordered pizza or started snacking.

You know, to be completely honest, I don’t know what the fuck I’m talking about and I’d recommend checking with a doctor.

I did keto for a year or so, eventually reintroduced carbs into my diet, and I feel fine. That being said, apparently some people fuck it up and get really sick, or even develop autoimmune disorders from their body getting confused to this new diet.

Life is precious: be sure you’re confident in how you maintain your body.

Lets see... From memory, each cheese burger is about 350 calories with the expected fast-food level of macronutrient distribution.

That being said, that is equivalent to 2,100 calories. And people of that size never just order off the dollar value menu with one key item, you know it will be paired with a drink, maybe fries, and a dessert.

So we are looking at a confirmed 2,100 kcal MINIMUM in one sitting.

When I go to buffalo wild wings (only fast food place I eat at, they deep fry in beef tallow, not vegetable oil) I can eat 30 wings which is like 2100 kcals.

I hope that those wings at the very least are not made with sugar, aside from that, even at that high, the macro distribution would most likely be carb deficient, though I would find it hard to believe that a carb deficient food did not signal satiety faster though. In my experience, I can never eat more than 1500 calories worth of fats and proteins per meal per day.

Any combo meal from most fast food places is 1200+ You really can't eat there regularly without becoming a fatty.

In all fairness, a sugared drink would have beep processed first while the fat would have been stored. The bread is loaded with sugar so that kinda negates the sugarless drink. I'm all for people making the effort. tomorrow ; it could be 3 cheeseburgers and a glass of water.
