If I could go back in time and make one influential change, it would be to convince Rome to have a genocidal expansion policy. Kill 100% of indigenous people you conquer and replace them with Europeans.

Thomas Jefferson tried to do what you suggested, as he said that the USA should not expand until it has enough of its own (ie:White anglos) to occupy the new territory.

Unfortunately, people did not heed his advice and we took over beanervilles from the Spanish, most of whom we now know--thanks to the Knesset--were kikes.

Which were sparsely populated and then soon flooded with Whites. Very few hispanics in the American Southwest have pre-annexation ancestry. All the mexicans and such that live in California and Texas came in the last 50 years.
