Why does it make sense to me that the UK would be more honest about this (as they are in this article) than the U.S. would? Maybe because they tend to be more blunt, straightforward people? So they are definitely left, but not quite as "pretend that reality is not real", left as the US is? I just don't see an article like this being published in a U.S. news outlet.

Eh, if they start being honest about blacks in the UK committing more crimes, I'll be impressed.
