To be fair, certain rims stick out and if you're one of those people who likes to overcorrect your parking, it will happen.

That'd be fair, but I even have fat tires on those rims that stick out a bit past the edge - you have to put in extra effort to curb them!

Tires stick out, like a bulge, at least 1/2" past the lip of the rim. 255 wide tires on a 9" wide rim.
