Video evidence was presented in the rape of a young girl by the jew Harvey Noseburg. The girl is seen tied up and begging Harvey to release her. "PLEASE!!", she screams. "DON'T!!", she cries as he rips off her clothes. "STOP!!!", she begs as he rapes her.
Judge Irving Tribestein dismissed the case saying there was no rape as the little girl was clearly a willing participant when she stated "please don't stop" on tape.
