The fact that the little upturned nose is one of the qualities I find cutest on a woman's face makes this even more egregious; literally co-opting God-given features of the good and the beautiful, and putting that outward warning of witchy evil under the knife. It feels a bit like a snake having its fork tongue surgically fused.
