No niggers anywhere are independent. They’re propped up by welfare, apefirmative action, and government set-asides in the west, and by charities and (((NGOs))) in mudda Africa. They cannot create a civilization. As we have seen in Rhodesia, South Africa, and other post-colonial shitholes, they can’t even maintain a fully-functioning civilization that is gift-wrapped and delivered to them with a bow. Niggers are nothing but filthy animals that bear some semblance to actual humans. They are only capable of destruction. They are at their most useful in chains, with the White Man’s intelligence to guide them and the White Man’s whip to motivate them. They are at their best when left alone in their native african habitat and forbidden to leave.
