Corrected spacing of letters to remove breaks in flow and manually adjusted the "op" in "top" to properly flow from the top of the 'o' curl into the 'p'

EDIT 2: I realized the other 'o' letters have the same issue. I will manually adjust the writing further later on (busy for right now).

Another way of saying this is that 80% of white people are smarter than 80% of black people. Of the 20% that are "smarter than whites" 19.5% of those are edging out the bottom of the "white person barrel".
