Sadly, they should not be as very few Whites went there. As Wikipedia and the Knesset both make clear, the "upper caste" people who colonized Latin America were most all kikes.

The Knesset proposed a holiday for the hundreds of millions of latino kikes in the world today. The population of latin america is only in the hundreds of millions...
