Beginning late November to early December, I used to be bombarded with this crap, but worse of all was the wall-to-wall christianoid songs that continued unabated til early January. Add in the 101 different (yet wholly the same) versions of 'A Christmas Carol', plus 'It's A Wonderful Life' (and all the similar crap), like some sort of month long audio/visual propaganda blitzkrieg. I was definitely not a happy camper this time of the year....that is until I ditched Comcast, the TV antenna and the radio last October. Last November/December/January was friggin' blissful. and so will be this year. I don't miss Hollyweird telling me 'white man bad', 'skunkapes good', and leftist blather is high wisdom, but I also don't miss the nonstop Xmas BS.

This is a joke, no one should be offended by these songs.

We ditched cable probally 10 yr ago, life is so much better without commercials.

Same old 'joke' day after day, for 30 days out of the year, over the course of sixty years? Ain't no damn joke that good! No, I don't long to watch 'A Christmas Carol' for the 500th time, and hear how awful I am for not being hypocritical enough to want to celebrate a holiday that don't mean squat to me. No, I don't pine to hear 'Jingle Bells' or 'Silent Night' for the 999th time...like 'The Wizard of Oz', that shit got old after the 10th time. Last year was the first year of my life I can recall not being constantly bombarded by that crap everytime I turned on the TV or radio, cause last year was the first time not having a TV or radio. Had the internet instead. Watched TV shows, movies and listened to music without even one encroachment. Still have to listen to that shit when I go to the grocery, but silicone earplugs settles its hash. At home, I got blessed relief, and looking forward to my second December free of any sort of Xmas/christianoid intrusion....so far, so good!
