My melanistic cat, my "devil cat", my "Nigger Man" if you will, she is quite loving and affectionate, and very much a cat, but no more or less assholish than any other cat I've had the privilege of being allowed to rent its time. And I've had gingers, Manx, tuxedos, Russian blues ... in fact, the ones with the MOST attitude that I've seen have been Siamese.
