Not impossible, but my social circle is very small. I was a navy brat, I went from VA to Italy to GA. Been in GA about 30 years now.

Small world - I was an army brat and lived all over. Many years ago, a group of my friends who were also army brats and thus spread out across the country all met up in VA Beach and stayed at a campground the military had there. It was for a 21st birthday party. IIRC the civilian part of VA Beach was touristy and built up but the government owned a big chunk of land that had a campground and cabins

I would love to ask more but don't want to dox any more than I have. It's a city of several hundred thousand now but 30 plus years ago it was a lot smaller and I'm betting we are around the same age group.
