Gypsies are tricky. Be careful around them, especially if they appear to have both hands occupied (newspaper, baby). Usually the baby is held by a fake wooden arm and they use the free hand to pilfer your pockets
Their favorite trick is to pretend to be Italians when they approach tourist to steal from.
Basically, never try to change money with an "Italian" when you are in Europe, my buddy got burned for a couple of thousand dollars. Idiot.
