Yep. I'm pretty in favor of most of Texas gun laws. Another one I appreciate: - During the day: you shoot a guy running away from you ... you will likely get a murder (or manslaughter) charge. - At night, it can be difficult to tell if someone is running at you or running away. Shadows can be tricky. So ... at night ... you get the benefit of the doubt. (Obviously other factors play into this.)
