Spartans speak of constructive bullying by young boys to help them correct their deficiencies. They even taught young women to do so as well, so that they could join in once the boys started noticing girls. I find it interesting though that women had to be taught the proper way of constructive bullying, as we all know how cruel a women can be if she put her mind to it.
