That damn water-down-the-soap behavior. My father does that.. waters down the soap when it gets low, over and over.. until it's only water.. and still continues using it. There's a guy where I work who does this as well. Soon as the water bullshit starts, I toss the damn container and it forces the company to replace it. This isn't being frugal. This is taking things too far.
