Oh, but it's the guy with a slightly larger than normal GIF file that's "the retard" here. Not the guy who won't allow an animated GIF that's more than 10% of the "allowed" file size maximum because it hasn't been converted into a video format that will probably end up about the same size, maybe bigger.
