Yes. The parents of the woman he murdered gained the rights to the book because he still hadn't paid damages from their suit. They released it with a new cover heavily down playing the "if" so it looked like "I did it". At the time I thought it was brilliant, then I saw the original cover and it was essentially the same. The fucker got away with murder and was taunting everyone involved.

IIRC, Nicole Brown's family was awarded the rights to the book during the civil trial, and they changed the title to How I Did It prior to publication.

Yes. And they claim it wasn't to stop Trump winning but to prevent a "confused" result. Ie. to avoid a situation where they were going to have to find some way not to concede for four years.
