I'd eat zebra. I love game animals.
You know what is delicious? Kangaroo. I have a couple pounds in the freezer. Eat some every few weeks. Its like the leanest, most tender beef you ever had in your life. Best fucking meat.

I've had kangaroo but I didn't think much of it. It was on a pizza so maybe the preparation wasn't good.

Eat it as steak. It is the best. And very good for you. Plus the meat comes from the culling which is good for the species.
